Data and Reprographics Support
We are currently looking to strengthen our Data/Reprographics team with someone who has a robust knowledge of data manipulation (not data-input) with an exceptional eye for detail plus accuracy with regards data and also artwork setting (not in a creative sense) to also work with the physical outputs of print/plates and material.
Other initial prerequisites would be a solid knowledge of Access/Excel with an understanding of the merging/linking/data manipulation processes that are required in a Variable data printing environment with Adobe Creative Cloud experience being beneficial and any Macro/SQL/VB skills that you may have which would further strengthen your application.
Specific training will be given in areas where you may not have as strong a skill set as others but we are looking for someone with a solid foundation across most areas of the role so only those with prior experience in a similar position would be considered.

Administration and Accounts
Suitably experienced in Sage (e.g Bank Reconciliation with Payment allocation, Journal posting and reporting rather than just order processing), we have an opportunity arising for someone in an accounts/admin role with involvement in a fairly diverse range of tasks. The role will predominantly be accounts processing but can be easily widened to include booking transport/deliveries with supplier and customer interaction for job processing – all to suit an individuals particular skill-set with fairly flexible working hours ranging from possibly being part-time with hours to suit through to being a full time role.
Reasonable skills in the typical Microsoft suite of products would also be required with the working hours of the role to be agreed with the right candidate so that we can all benefit from developing the role around the individual.
